Whether you already own land or are still searching, we’ll evaluate your homesite to ensure it’s a great fit
for your build—at no cost to you.
2. Choose Your Plan
Select from one of our thoughtfully designed plans or bring your own ideas and we’ll create a fully
custom design tailored to your needs.
3. Final Estimate
We’ll provide a detailed, realistic estimate based on your selections, layout, and overall vision so you
know exactly what to expect.
4. $1K Deposit
Secure your spot in our build schedule with a deposit that allows us to begin moving your project
forward.
5. Walk Your Plan
We’ll walk through your floor plan together at Walk Thru Plans, making sure every detail feels right and
functions well for your lifestyle before moving ahead.
6. Meet with Our Interior Designer
Sit down with our designer to select finishes, materials, and features that bring your home to life and
reflect your style.
7. Sign Purchase Agreement
Once everything is finalized, we’ll make it official with a purchase agreement and get ready to start
building your home.
